Community Economic Advancement Initiatives is developing 3 affordable townhouses in Bond Hill. These 2-story townhouses will have 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Each unit will have a laundry room and a two-car garage.
Cincinnati is experiencing a tremendous housing shortage. The goal is for this project to create quality affordable low- and moderate-income housing.
The projected cost for this project is $1 million. CEAI will be seeking creative financing such as TIFF and other tax credits to ensure that rent remains affordable.
