CEAI has a partnership with the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority and co-owns commercial zoned property in the Bond Hill and Roselawn area.
As projects are defined, this site will share updates and photos to document progress toward the goal of revitalizing the Reading Road business corridors that run through the two communities.
CURRENT PROJECTS
The Four Corners Development in the Reading Road intersections at California Avenue and Dale Road.
CEAI is identifying residential properties to rehabilitate for the benefit of the Communities. The first project is expected to be announced soon.
PARTNERSHIPS
CEAI has a partnership with the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority and will share in proceeds from the revenue from commercial properties in Bond Hill and Roselawn.
CEAI has partnered with the Home Ownership Center of Greater Cincinnati to provide long term financial counseling so the Bond Hill and Roselawn residents can become home ownership ready.
CEAI has partnered with the Collective Empowerment Group to provide business ownership training so aspiring and existing small businesses engage in best practices for growth and sustainability.
CEAI is developing gateways to organizations that specialize in workforce and career development.
